We believe that conquering the SAT/ACT or GRE/GMAT is a team effort and both parents and students have roles to play.  We recommend having a study plan which we provided and have the students keep track of the time spent preparing for the test. We monitor closely your child’s progress and if we -feel that the student is not doing their work, we will contact you immediately to ensure that your student stays on task.

The SAT/ACT and GRE/GMAT  Prep course is complete and all instruction, material, and strategies are provided. Most students do not even need tutoring but it is being offered and the number of hours varies based on the student’s needs. Please keep in mind this once a student is granted with an access to any of our courses, we offer no refunds under any circumstances.

As a general rule, the more time the student spends on preparing for the SAT/ACT or GRE/GMAT, the higher chances of a score increase.

Although it is the explicit goal of Academy for achievement to help students achieve the highest score increases possible in SAT/ACT or GRE/GMAT, there is no guarantee of a significant grade improvement. A student may not improve because of an illness, test anxiety, not taking enough practice tests, not being fully committed, etc. Also, every student's progress is at his/her own pace and scores tend to vary depending on the student’s learning ability and style.

Also, keep in mind that each SAT/ACT ot GRE/GMAT test is different than the other, so it’s important to take 5 to 6 practice tests before the actual test to make sure the student comes across as many question types as possible to ensure a significant improvement in their score.  Sometimes students take at least 3 actual GRE or GMAT tests before achieving their desired score.
